Hello, again!
Today is a very exciting day. It marks the start of a new chapter in my own business, a journey I began back in October 2013, right after I departed my corporate job to start my own coaching practice. It marks the single biggest turning point so far in my efforts to help people relaunch their careers.
When I started this work back in 2013, I began the business very much as a traditional coaching practice, called Onward Coaching—coaching individuals 1-on-1. Fairly quickly, I began to focus more on workshops, speaking, and training within larger organizations, relaunching as ILUMITY Coaching in 2014 (couldn’t Trademark Onward Coaching either!).
Now, as we come to the end of 2015, I’m beginning another new chapter with the ambition of having a greater impact on a more people who want to relaunch their careers. This new beginning comes off the heels of over 10 months of listening carefully to you, learning from career experts, discussing ideas with trusted friends & colleagues, investing in new systems, building a virtual team, and most of all, making a few big decisions to reshape how I serve my you, my clients, and community.
Rather than explain it in writing, I put this little video together for you and my loyal followers to explain what I’ve been up to since you last heard from me, share some big news, and give you a sneak peek into what’s to come.

First off, a special thank you to Ana Archbold, a fellow Michigan MBA alumni and marketer, who took time out of her busy schedule earlier this year to help me rethink how I can best serve you. She spoke with some of you, synthesised what you need the most help with, and worked with me to translate those insights into the foundations for this new site.
I also wanted to thank Alex (brand identity designer) who created the visual foundation for my new brand, RJ (web developer), Philip (web designer), Viet (document designer), Bronac (photographer), Tanja (social media & admin), Malek (content), Leandro (musician), Kiran (photo editor), Antheie (presentation design), Rajneesh (animator), my friends Hitesh, Aaron, and Lew, my wife Pelin, and each of you who took the time to share your thoughts earlier this year. There’s no way I could have embarked on this new journey without each of you.
