I’ve had my fair share of major career changes. The beauty of change is that it opens your eyes to some new ideas and perspectives and a way that’s just not really possible when you’re in the same exact environment all the time. Things just look different from the outside looking in.
So when Fast Company asked me to share some of the lessons I’ve learned during the career changes in my life, I was excited to share how my views evolved about the importance of job titles, workplaces’ impact on who we are, and owning your reputation.
